My husband worked from home in the basement. It is really cold down there. He has a space heater. But that is costly and ineffective and draws the cats to the space. I purchased this thinking that he would put it behind the space heater and finally be warm in the winter while he's working. It works so well he no longer uses the space heater. It's like a little cocoon of warmth. It's not loud like a space heater. And it's not hot, cold, hot, therefore on and off continuously. I love this I'm going to buy one for under my desk for when I work from home. No picture necessary it looks exactly like the pictures shown.
